Job Title: Client Support Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Document Review and Organization: - Review and organize client-uploaded documents. - Create an XLS onboarding template from extracted information.
2. Profile Completion: - Work diligently to complete startup profiles accurately. - Encourage clients to review and confirm profile details.
3. Final Approval and Delivery: - Obtain final approval from clients on completed profiles. - Ensure documents are appropriately categorized and attached.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Graduate (BFM/BMS/BBA/BCOM) fresher from a reputed institute
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Client-focused approach with the ability to provide clear instructions.
Proficiency in document review.
Comfortable with scheduling and conducting virtual meetings.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Familiarity with startup documentation (e.g., constitutional documents, equity agreements, cap tables) is a plus.
