Work as individual contributor or member of project teams or proposal team by spending 70% of the time on creating winning proposal and 30% of the time on live projects
Execute research projects and proposals involving, but not limited to:
Market / opportunity assessment : comprehensive review of the market through a thorough analysis of demand – supply dynamics, completion landscape, value chain and regulatory frameworks governing the industry
Competitor intelligence: In-depth assessment of companies involving a review of their business structure, product / service offerings, management team, recent developments, go-to-market approach and outlook
M&A related research: Conducting due diligence on identified targets and developing detailed company profiles through comprehensive desk-based and primary research
Proactively identifying risks (if any) associated with any project or proposal, bringing it to the notice of relevant stakeholders at the right time and contributing to mitigate them
Maintaining quality by using appropriate templates; following proposal-writing standards, consistency, and tone
Obtaining approvals through interaction with key stakeholders, including Sales, Practices and Leadership (wherever required)
Being a strong team player, and supports team members as and when required
Ensuring to meet all internal and external deadline for solutions products/proposals by
establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval
coordinating with contributors for specific information needs and review
Contributing to process excellence and streamlining operations
Being creative and innovative in taking Proposal standards to the next level
Desired Skill Set
BE/BBA/MBA/ Master or Bachelors in Economics or statistics from top tier institutes.
1–2 years of experience and credentials in analysing sectors while identifying factors like key growth drivers challenges etc.
Domain knowledge in secondary research; experience in primary research will be preferred
Ability to draw sound conclusions and translating conclusions into timely decisions and actions
Excellent research skills and the ability to write persuasively and articulately are essential
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong experience in creating PPT and Word-based reports
Strong knowledge of finance analysis, strategic analysis, peer comparison, future growth prospects, key growth areas, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery schedules
